Hot Pursuit Cycles Terms and Conditions.

Pricing:

All of our prices are listed at the Recommended Retail Price given to us by our suppliers, unless stated otherwise. All prices (including postage) already include VAT. 

Payment:

We accept payment from most major debit/credit cards, through our highly secure card machine directly connected to Barclays Bank. Processed through are also highly secure, Secure Hosting system.

Deposits:

Deposits are 10% of the price and are NON REFUNDABLE.

Privacy:

Hot Pursuit Cycles are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you about our order. You have trusted us by giving us these details and HPC promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of HPC. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.

Stock:

We check our stock daily and regularly update it to current stock levels. SOLD OUT items means the item is unavailable from our supplier. 1-2 Days means it is currently in stock from our supplier and we can receive it in 1-2 Days (not guaranteed). If the uncommon occasion arrises where you have purchased an item that is not currently in stock, then we will contact you to assist you further.

Ownership/Accuracy of information:

Product descriptions and photos have been used from our suppliers for you the end user and are provided for the end users viewing only. We are confident that the information is accurate to the product in hand and will help you understand the product in depth.
