• The Specialized P.1 2012 puts "P' in "P. Bikes"' which doesn't stand for "Pretty". No fluff and no sparkly stuff. Just bombproof rides that mix advanced technology and top-shelf materials with geometry proven in the street, park and dirt. The P.1 can ride it all, but is most at home on the dirt jumps.
• Butted singlespeed-specific Reynolds 520 Cr-Mo frame with integrated head tube, MID BB, and 3D-forged horizontal dropouts with integrated chain tensioner has perfectly dialled geos for dirt, park, or street
• The Specialized P.1 2012 uses a 36-spoke, double-walled, 26" singlespeed wheelset that is built to withstand endless abuse
• Specialized Rhythm Lite Control (front) and Compound Control (rear) tyres with Aramid beads are fast-rolling and durable, with ample bite for dirt, park and street sessions
• The Specialized P.1 2012 uses a BMX-style, 3-piece tubular Cr-Mo crankset with cartridge-bearing MID BB which is strong and light to boost with confidence; singlespeed 25t chainring resists bending and delivers the clearance you need

"Collect In Store" is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Hot Pursuit shop. Your order will be delivered to your desired shop for collection at a time convenient to you.

Collecting your purchase in-store also gives you the luxury to inspect your purchase and try on any clothing items that you may have ordered. Your "Collect In Store" order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen shop within 5 working days on in-stock items.

How it works

• Step 1 - During the checkout process you'll be asked for your delivery details. Select the Collect In Store option.
• Step 2 - Choose the shop you would like your order delivered to and complete the checkout process.
• Step 3 - Print out a copy of your order confirmation. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your local store within 5 working days on in-stock items. A member of staff will contact you to confirm collection.

Important note: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and ID (passport, drivers licence, credit/debit card) to the store when you collect your order. Bikes arrive at the store in a partly assembled state and are fully assembled by our in-store mechanics prior to collection. Specialized was founded in 1974 by Mike Sinyard, a cycling enthusiast who had sold his Volkswagen Bus for $1,500 to fund a cycle tour of Europe where he bought handlebars and stems made by Campagnolo and Cinelli to take back to the US. Sinyard started out importing Italian bike components that were difficult to find in the United States, but the company began to produce its own bike parts by 1976, starting with the Specialized Touring Tire. Specialized introduced the first major production mountain bike in the world, the Stumpjumper, in 1981.
