Delivery Policy.

Collect In Store

"Collect In Store" is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Hot Pursuit shop. Your order will be delivered to your desired shop for collection at a time convenient to you.

Collecting your purchase in-store also gives you the luxury to inspect your purchase and try on any clothing items that you may have ordered. Your "Collect In Store" order will be delivered from our warehouse to your chosen shop within 5 working days on in-stock items.

How it works

  • Step 1 - During the checkout process you'll be asked for your delivery details. Select the Collect In Store option.
  • Step 2 - Choose the shop you would like your order delivered to and complete the checkout process.
  • Step 3 - Print out a copy of your order confirmation. Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your local store within 5 working days on in-stock items. A member of staff will contact you to confirm collection.

Important note: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and ID (passport, drivers licence, credit/debit card) to the store when you collect your order. Bikes arrive at the store in a partly assembled state and are fully assembled by our in-store CyTech qualified mechanics prior to collection. If you have any queries after placing your "Collect In Store" order please contact your local store directly.

Free Local Bike Delivery

For our local buyers we offer a free delivery of your new bike. This applies to buyers who are within 10 miles of either store. We shall contact you via phone to arrange time/date. If you select this delivery and you are further than 10 miles, then we shall arrange for you to collect your bike in store.

UK Bike Delivery

We have a set rate of £50 to send bikes nationally within the UK. This service is sent via FedEx Courier and usually takes 3 to 5 working days. The bikes are fully built and PDI'd by our qualified CyTech mechanics but upon arrival the pedals will needed to be fitted and the handle bars turned straight. Instructions will be included.

UK Frame Delivery

Hot Pursuit Cycles set rate for Frame Delivery within the UK is £25. Sent via FedEx courier, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

UK Delivery

For most small products (anything up to frames/bikes) we use Royal Mail 1st and Standard Class Delivery, there is also the option to collect your item in store.

1st Class Royal Mail

1st class postage with NO signature required on delivery. Orders usually arrive next working day, although occasionally delays can occur. No tracking information available.

Standard Packet Royal Mail

Standard class postage with NO signature required on delivery. Orders usually arrive 3 to 5 working days, although occasionally delays can occur. No tracking information available.

Delivery Time

We always endeavour to deliver the item ordered in as quick a time as possible. To this end we use a variety of delivery. These companies offer various guarantees and delivery times. They generally manage to keep their promises on such things, but we are always in their hands once the goods have left our premises. For this reason we never give a 100% guarantee of any particular delivery time and delivery time is NEVER a specific term or condition of your contract with us. In the rare event that a delay occurs in your item being delivered, all the companies we deal with have specific procedures and timescales for investigating lost or delayed parcels. We CANNOT short circuit that procedure and unfortunately you will have to abide by their terms. If you want a replacement item to be sent out before their investigations and procedures are complete, you will have to pay for it as a separate transaction and a refund will be given when the procedures are complete and the original item is declared lost. When you place an order with us, you accept these conditions as part of your contract.

My item has not arrived

If your item(s) does not arrive in the time span suggested via Royal Mail or any other Courier, then we will be able to investigate the problem for you. The first step is for you to give us a call on 01626 354082 and we will start the ball rolling.

Royal Mail's procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. Once the item has been officially declared as lost via Royal Mail we will send a replacement or refund you for the lost item. If Royal Mail have a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while Royal Mail carry out a full investigation.

Our secure checkout service is provided by Sage Pay Europe Limited, who use a
128 bit Thawte Secure Socket Layer to ensure secure transmission of your information.
