Cycle Hire in Totnes, Devon. Hot Pursuit Cycles offer an excellent hire service for you and your family, with modern aluminium 21 Speed Mountain bikes for Ladies and Gents. Our children's bikes come in 24" and 20" wheel sizes. We can also cater for the younger ones with seats, tag-alongs and trailers.

We have two cycle trails from our shop, using our maps to guide you along the banks of the beautiful River Dart to Staverton, where you can watch the steam trains and ride into the village for lunch or a refreshing drink at the Sea Trout Inn.

Setting off down stream on the banks of the River Dart past the old Quay you come across the Steam Packet Inn for your lunch or refreshments on the edge of the town, after a short piece of road, ride into Sharpham Drive and up the private road and you will come across Sharpham Vineyards where you can taste the local produce and check out the gifts.

Just along from the Vineyard you will enter Ashprington village. Here you will find excellent home cooked food, local refreshments, and warm hospitality in the popular Durant Arms. Just down the hill you will find the Watermans Arms at Bow Bridge and after a further ¼ mile, the Maltsters Arms once owned and run by acclaimed Television chef and raconteur Keith Floyd.

Our Hire Rates for 2004 are set out below. We ask for a deposit of £100 per item or a copy of your credit card details. Our convenient position, on the edge of Totnes means parking is not a worry.
