Scott Bikes dates back to 1958, when Ed Scott revolutionized skiing by inventing the first aluminum ski pole. Since then Scott have had an impressive list of Firsts in the world of mountain bikes and cycling. In 1989 they made the first Aero Bar that revolutionised road cycling, and in 1995 they made the Scott Endorphin, the First Carbon Mountain Bike. Since then Scott Mountain Bikes has continued to grow year on year and are currently at the fore front of anything lightweight and carbon with the new Scott Scale and Scott CR1 range of bikes.
